Description

Key Responsibilities

• Admin Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining records and keeping data bases up to date.
• Office duties: Organize office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment, answering calls, taking messages and filing for team.
• Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Ensure proper documentation procedures are followed and maintain both digital and physical files.
• Communication: Handle inquiries professionally and ensure effective communication within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software applications, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google and other.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve office-related issues efficiently.

Salary Range

• 4 k – 6 k depending on experience
